Als SAP-Berater (m/w/d) unterstützen Sie Unternehmen bei der Einführung, Anpassung und Optimierung von SAP-Systemen. Sie analysieren Geschäftsprozesse, erarbeiten Lösungskonzepte und setzen diese in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen und der IT um. Dabei übernehmen Sie sowohl beratende als auch koordinierende Aufgaben. **Ihre Aufgaben:** - Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen im SAP-Umfeld - Beratung bei der Auswahl und Einführung geeigneter SAP-Module - Durchführung von Systemanpassungen und Customizing - Erstellung von Fachkonzepten und Dokumentationen - Schulung und Unterstützung von Anwendern - Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Projektteams **Ihr Profil:** - Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation - Fundierte Kenntnisse in mindestens einem SAP-Modul (z. B. FI, CO, MM, SD, HCM, PP) - Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit und im Umgang mit Kunden - Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise - Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit - Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
