# Deine Aufgaben: - Du übernimmst die administrative Betreuung und Überwachung von SAP-Systemlandschaften bei unseren Kunden - Du führst Updates, Patches und technische Systemoptimierungen durch und stellst die Performance, Stabilität und Sicherheit der Systeme sicher - Du analysierst und behebst technische Störungen, führst Root-Cause-Analysen durch und koordinierst Lösungen - Du übernimmst die Planung und Umsetzung von Change Requests rund um den SAP-Betrieb (z.B. Systemkopien & Patching) - Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für Kunden bei technischen Fragen rund um SAP und berätst sie im Tagesgeschäft # Das bringst Du mit: - Mehrjährige Erfahrung (mind. 3 Jahre) im Bereich SAP-Basis, idealerweise in der technischen Administration von SAP-Systemen - Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP-Basis-Themen, inklusive Updates, Patches, Transportmanagement und Performance-Überwachung - Erfahrung im Umgang mit Datenbanksystemen, idealerweise mit Kenntnissen in mindestens zwei Datenbanken - Nice-to-have: Kenntnisse in der Business Technology Platform (BTP) sowie in SAP Identity Services (IdS) - Strukturierte und verlässliche Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, schnell zwischen unterschiedlichen Aufgaben zu wechseln
