Deine Aufgaben bei abilis - Als festes Mitglied unseres Teams vertrittst du unser Unternehmen bei einem Kunden vor Ort im Bereich 1st & 2nd Level Administration, Service und Support einer IT-Infrastruktur mit Schwerpunkt Windows - Du bist verantwortlich für die technische Beratung, Betreuung und Aufbau von diversen Servern und Client Lösungen - Du bist zuständig für die Optimierung und Betreuung der IT-Systeme und Prozesse im Hinblick auf ständig wachsende Anforderungen unter den Aspekten Performance, Verfügbarkeit sowie Wirtschaftlichkeit - Du unterstützt bei IT-Projekten und setzen diese eigenständig um (Beratung, Planung, Implementierung und Monitoring) Was Du mitbringst - Eine Ausbildung in der IT oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss und idealerweise 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung - Idealerweise Erfahrungen im 1st & 2nd Level Support - Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Windows Client-, Server- und / oder Cloud-Lösungen - Analytisches, pragmatisches und strukturiertes Denkvermögen und Vorgehen - Sicheres und sympathisches Auftreten sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden (Dienstleistungsmentalität) - Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit - Gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
