Job description

# Your Tasks Your heart is set both on software development and the automation of application lifecycle processes, helping to further improve product quality for more than 42 million users? Would you like to take part in designing the concept and the implementation of modern and easy-to-use Continuous Delivery workflows – including for one of the largest private Kubernetes clouds worldwide? We are a DevOps team that implements and operates various orchestration tools for our colleagues in development and operations. Become part of our team and help shape the future with us! - You develop concepts for our automation toolchain. - You evaluate, implement, and operate high-quality deployment tools, ensuring seamless integration into the existing environment. - You expand our service landscape around our cloud platform with suitable CI/CD applications and are responsible for their high-availability operation. - You are the primary contact for Continuous Delivery and support your colleagues with CI/CD topics. - You contribute new ideas, work on your own projects during “Slack Days,” experiment with prototypes using new technologies, and participate in our rotating 24/7 on-call duty. # Your Profile Have you completed a technical degree or comparable education? Are you familiar with agile methods and software development tools, eager to learn new things, and skilled at understanding complex technology stacks? Do you value a DevOps team, cutting-edge technologies, and working with automation tools? Then we look forward to receiving your application! - You have solid experience as a software developer, e.g., with Python, Go, or Java, and enjoy developing maintainable, testable, and reusable software using GitLab CI. - You are familiar with both Docker and Kubernetes and have in-depth experience in developing and operating cloud-native applications. - You have solid experience operating Linux-based services. - Tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, and Kibana are nothing new to you. - You are a service-oriented team player, enjoy working across different departments, and communicate confidently in English and German. # Our Benefits 🏢** Lived corporate culture**: Flat hierarchies, a culture of respect and appreciation, signatories of the Diversity Charter, open communication, and no dress code. 🎓** Wide range of further training**: Internal and external training opportunities, LinkedIn Learning, language courses, talent development programs, conferences, and mentoring. 💡 **TEC-Campus**: Free choice between Linux, Mac, or Windows, slack days, conferences, lecture series, courses, open-source projects, community meetups, and user groups. ❤️ **Active health care:** Wellpass, free internal sports and fitness classes, health days, family & care support services, discounts at fitness centers, mental health first responder, fresh fruit, and drinks for free. 🚝** Mobility**: Subsidy for job bike leasing, job ticket, and relocation service if you live outside Germany. 💻** Flexible working models**: Home office options, flexible working hours, and 30 days of vacation with the option for additional unpaid leave. 💰** Financial benefits**: Corporate benefits, company pension scheme, capital-forming benefits, occupational disability insurance, and various partner discounts. 🎉 **Events**: Summer and winter parties, sports tournaments, and team events.
