Job description

Als IT Systemadministrator sind Sie zuständig für die Verwaltung, Wartung und Optimierung unserer Netzwerk- und IT-Infrastruktur (LAN, WLAN, VLANs, Cisco-Komponenten). ### Aufgaben - Betreuung der Server- und Clientlandschaft, inklusive Active Directory und Azure Entra - Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung kleiner bis mittelgroßer IT-Projekte, insbesondere im Bereich Netzwerk, Infrastruktur und Digitalisierung - Unterstützung bei standortübergreifenden Rollouts, Updates und IT-Integrationen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen - Monitoring, Troubleshooting und Performance-Optimierung der Netzwerksysteme und IT-Dienste - Mitarbeit in der Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen, inkl. Firewall, VPN, Endpoint Security - Dokumentation von Netzwerkarchitektur, Projekten und Systemänderungen nach ITIL-Standards - Ansprechpartner für 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support in Netzwerk- und Infrastrukturfragen ### Wir suchen - Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, IT-Systemelektroniker) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation - Fundierte Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien (Cisco, Routing, Switching, VLAN, VPN) - Erfahrung in IT-Projektarbeit, Projektkoordination oder Projektmanagement - Kenntnisse in Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365/Teams - Analytische Fähigkeiten, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Problemlösungskompetenz - Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Bereitschaft zu standortübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
