We are currently seeking for our client a **IT Security Manager (m/f/d)** Location: Allmersbach Remote Work: 2–3 days/week Full-time: 40 hrs/week Contract type: Direct placement / permanent / open-ended Responsibilities - Design and implementation of an IT security strategy taking into account current threat landscapes and regulatory requirements - Planning of IT security projects (e.g. selection and deployment of new web and email security solutions) - Administration and further development of our managed service platform CrowdStrike - Monitoring of IT security trends, as well as deriving and implementing appropriate measures for continuous improvement of the security architecture - Daily monitoring of security-relevant events via our Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system - Conducting regular security checks and vulnerability analyses (penetration tests) across IT infrastructure - Promoting a culture of IT security within the company, e.g. through awareness training and information campaigns - Advising internal stakeholders on security-related matters - **2nd level and 3rd level support for security incidents** Qualifications - Completed degree in (Business) Computer Science, IT Security, or a comparable qualification - Several years of professional experience in IT security - Solid knowledge of common security technologies and frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIS 2, EU Data Act, EU CRA, EU AI Act, etc.) - **Experience with platforms such as CrowdStrike, Vectra, Proofpoint, or comparable solutions** - Knowledge of IT system architectures, including hardware, operating systems, and networks - Strong expertise in IT and physical security, data protection, compliance, and security awareness - Strong analytical skills for assessing complex situations - Excellent communication, advisory, and collaboration skills - High level of initiative, teamwork ability, and sense of responsibility - Good written and spoken German and English What is offered: - Exciting and varied tasks - Thorough, structured onboarding - Extensive training and professional development opportunities - Performance-based compensation and attractive additional benefits (e.g. time value account, bike leasing, company health insurance) - Flexible and mobile working arrangements - Highly complex machinery with cutting-edge, top-tier technologies - Open, team-oriented, and appreciative work environment Interested?
