- Aufbau und Betrieb unserer Infrastruktur
- Entwicklung und Pflege von CI/CD-Pipelines
- Monitoring, Logging und Incident Handling
- Optimierung von Deployments und Performance
- Automatisierung von Prozessen
**Dein Profil**
**Pflicht-Technologien (Must-Have)**
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Kubernetes
- Erfahrung mit Docker / Containerisierung
- Erfahrung mit CI/CD (z. B. GitHub Actions)
- Erfahrung mit Monitoring & Logging (z. B. Prometheus, Grafana)
- Grundverständnis von Backend-Systemen und APIs
**Systemverständnis**
- Verständnis für verteilte Systeme
- Erfahrung mit Skalierung und Stabilität
- Erfahrung mit Deployment-Strategien
**AI-Mindset (Must-Have)**
- Du nutzt moderne AI-Tools aktiv (z. B. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, just-ship.io)
- Du setzt AI zur Analyse, Automatisierung und Optimierung ein
- Du verstehst Risiken und Limits von AI
- Du verbesserst aktiv Prozesse und Infrastruktur
