**What you will drive:**
- As IT Security Manager, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing development of our information security strategy.
- This includes managing and advancing our ISMS based on recognized standards (e.g. ISO 27001, TISAX).
- You will conduct and support internal and external audits.
- You will analyze and assess security-relevant risks and derive appropriate countermeasures.
- Creating and maintaining security policies, processes, and knowledge articles is also part of your role.
- You will serve as a point of contact for our IT and business departments on security-related matters.
- You will also be responsible for preparing and delivering security training and awareness initiatives.
**What you bring:**
- A completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification, along with several years of experience in IT security
- Solid knowledge of relevant security standards such as ISO 27001, TISAX, CISSP, CISM, or comparable certifications
- Experience introducing, managing, or developing an ISMS
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex technical topics clearly to different audiences (German & English)
- An independent, structured, and responsible working style
- Strong team orientation and genuine enjoyment of achieving goals together
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and enthusiasm for cybersecurity
