**The following challenges await you:**
- As an "IT Consultant (m/f/d)" you will work in a team on production-related IT topics of the Heraeus business units in order to develop common concepts and a strong "ownership" of the business units.
- You support internal projects for the introduction or extension of (validated) applications in the area of CAQ and SAP PDM.
- In addition, you will engage in stakeholder management on an international level to understand the requirements of various global business units and to design solutions that meet their needs.
- You confidently provide second level and, partly, third level support for the IT applications in your area of responsibility.
- You manage external consultants and service providers and take partial responsibility for budget, quality and assured delivery dates.
- You proactively participate in the elaboration and review of functional design.
**Your profile:**
- Completed studies in (business) computer science or a comparable IT-related qualification.
- Expert knowledge in a CAQ software, preferably LIMS (iLES, Labware or other) or MasterControl (DMS)
- Good knowledge in the area of software validation and SQL knowledge
- Experience with SAP ERP, SAP QM and SAP PDM (CAD connection to SAP ERP) is advantageous
- Good written and spoken English as well as routine in dealing with international colleagues
- Team player with independent, responsible and committed way of working
