Your Responsibilities
Your Mission: As a SOC Consultant, your mission is to raise the security level of customers through targeted recommendations. You act as the central interface between SOC analysts and customers, advising and supporting them based on the SOC's findings.
Responsibilities:
* You are the primary point of contact for all matters related to the SOC service, ensuring customers always feel well supported
* You take on the coordination role on the customer side, ensuring tasks and topics are efficiently tracked and completed
* You analyze vulnerability information and provide precise action recommendations to customers to improve their security posture
* You lead and facilitate regular security meetings to keep customers up to date at all times
* You create topic-specific presentations, monthly minutes, and reports that give customers a clear overview of their security situation
* Together with SOAR specialists, you develop innovative automations that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of consulting processes
* You actively contribute to the ongoing development of the ACP SOC service
Your Profile
* Completed IT security education or comparable further training
* Experience in a SOC team or comparable environment is an advantage
* Good technical knowledge in the areas of network technology, operating systems, server technologies, and cloud solutions
* General knowledge of security technologies, products, and vendors
* Basic knowledge and understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework
* Basic knowledge of international security standards and their requirements (ISO 27001, COBIT) as well as knowledge of service management, ITIL, and project management methodologies
* Solution-oriented, analytical, and methodical working style
* Professional demeanor, high sense of responsibility and security awareness
