Data Engineer

Your Tasks Design, implement, and maintain identity and access management (IAM) solutions across the organization Conduct regular access reviews, privilege audits, and identity governance activities Troubleshoot identity-related issues and support incident investigations involving access or authentication Contribute to the development of IAM standards, guidelines, and best practices Automate identity workflows and improve processes to enhance efficiency and consistency Your Profile At least three years of hands-on experience in IAM engineering, identity administration, or access governance, including work with IAM platforms Practical experience with PAM concepts and tools, covering privileged account and session management Solid understanding of access management models such as least privilege, RBAC, conditional access, and zero trust principles Scripting or automation experience (e.g., PowerShell, Python) Team-oriented personality with a positive attitude and hands-on approach; excellent English skills, both written and spoken; German language skills are a plus Further information about MED-EL can be found https://www.medel.com/about-medel.
