Your Tasks
* Further development and implementation of the information security strategy, including ISMS/ISO 27001-oriented governance.
* Identification and assessment of risks, as well as derivation, prioritization, and tracking of security measures.
* Ensuring compliance with legal/regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR, NIS2) through policies, processes, and controls.
* Leading the response to security incidents, including coordination in emergency situations, as well as monitoring the security landscape.
* Regular reporting to management / collaboration with IT leadership, as well as preparation and support of internal and external audits.
What You Bring
* Several years of experience in a leadership role in the field of Information Security / Cyber Security.
* Demonstrated practical experience implementing ISO 27001/ISMS as well as regulations such as NIS2 and related requirements.
* Strong technical understanding of modern IT and security architectures.
* Strong program and delivery management skills: steering complex initiatives, prioritizing, and delivering pragmatically.
* Convincing presence when engaging with management and specialist departments.
* Excellent German and English language skills.

The minimum salary under the collective bargaining agreement (KV Metall Gewerbe) is EUR 4,300 gross per month, based on 38.5 hours per week. Your actual salary will be agreed upon together during the application process, based on your qualifications and professional experience.
