A knowledgeable and experienced professional has the opportunity to work with the latest technologies as part of a professional team on the following responsibilities:
Your Responsibilities:
º Assist in conducting security analyses and assessments of the IT infrastructure
º Support the development and implementation of IT security strategies and policies
º Monitor and ensure compliance with IT security standards and regulations
º Contribute to the maintenance and further development of JKU's IT security landscape, including network security, endpoint security, and incident response
º Support the implementation and maintenance of IT security solutions
º Assist in the creation of security reports and documentation
º Collaborate with other departments and external partners on IT security matters
Your Profile:
º Completed education in IT or relevant professional experience in IT security
º Knowledge of IT security standards, technologies, and processes
º Experience assisting in the execution of security analyses and assessments
º Knowledge of network security, endpoint security, and incident response
º Strong communication and teamwork skills
º Holistic understanding of IT, particularly at the intersection of networking and application topics
º Language skills: good reading comprehension of English-language technical literature (German level C1, English level B2)

º Based on full-time employment (40 hours per week), the minimum monthly gross salary is €3,131.30 (paid 14 times per year, collective agreement classification IIIb), with willingness to pay above this rate depending on relevant qualifications and professional experience
