**Your profile**
- Completed Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence, including experience independently driving AI use cases within a company
- Solid knowledge of Python and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, Hugging Face, or equivalent
- Practical experience with Generative AI (e.g., LLMs, Ollama, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning)
- Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow) in on-premise as well as hybrid cloud environments
- Business-fluent German and good English skills
**Nice to have**
- Knowledge of data protection (GDPR), IT security, and governance in the context of AI systems
- Experience integrating ML systems into existing IT infrastructure, including network security, authentication, and data management
