What you'll do:
- Advise and support organizational units on the implementation and optimization of existing and future SAP applications, including end-user support and consulting in coordination with the user administrators of the SAP department
- Monitor, analyze, and further develop IT-supported process workflows and interfaces together with the user administrators of the SAP department
- Create and maintain user documentation in SAP Enable Now
- Develop and implement internal functional concepts and conduct training sessions using SAP Enable Now in coordination with the central SAP Key User Organization coordinators of the SAP department
- Contribute to internal and cross-departmental projects
- Responsible for monitoring interfaces to other programs in the role of SAP Key User
- Responsible for role assignment and user management within the respective organizational unit
What you bring:
- Completed vocational training; certified specialist training desirable
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience
- Strong SAP knowledge
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA desirable
- Basic knowledge of business administration and technology
- Willingness to travel and a Class B driver's license
