As part of the global Cybersecurity Assurance function, we help Siemens to achieve their goals by providing objective, factual and independent assurance to the Siemens Managing Board and Audit Committee. Our Cybersecurity team provides core assurance over the cybersecurity health of the company which includes IT and OT infrastructures, product security, software development and cloud environments. To discover more about the global Siemens assurance function click [**here**](https://www.siemens.com/global/en/company/jobs/growth-careers/controlling-finance-assurance.html). **What part will you play?** - You will identify, assess, measure and monitor Cybersecurity risks by performing hands-on risk assessments of processes and established controls. Using your analytical skills, you will identify security gaps and evaluate these further to identify their root causes.- As valuable member of the assurance team you prepare and execute Cybersecurity audits on Siemens IT systems, products, services, factories, and software development centers. During this process you highlight important observations, translate technical findings into management information so that they can take effective actions.- In your new role you drive Cybersecurity in Siemens’ most innovative products. From the product security features, to the software development lifecycle and state-of-the-art cloud environments.- Moreover, you would assess the Cybersecurity governance of Siemens, including policies and processes such as incident handling and response, threat detection, vulnerability management, etc. - You work closely with security experts from multiple industries to improve their solutions by tackling the root cause of the issues and finding innovative solutions to modern challenges. **What you need to make real what matters.** - Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science or other related fields.- Working experience in the field of Cybersecurity within Siemens or a related industry, or a ‘Big 4’ accounting firm or a consultancy in the fields of IT / Cybersecurity and audit.- Demonstrated affinity to learn about the latest trends in Cybersecurity and keeping up to date in a continuously challenging environment.- Good communication, presentation and solid project management skills.- Ideally you have solid experience in some the following domains: user & access management, application security, cloud environments, network security, vulnerability management & incident handling, system hardening, asset management, industrial security controls, secure software development.- Fluent in English, German or other languages are a plus.- Flexibility to travel internationally as well as to live/emb our work-remotely culture.
