The Company:

This enables the bank's clients to handle processes efficiently, reduce costs, and free up capacity for employees. Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with us, you develop high-performance backend applications based on Java Spring and bring intelligent solutions to life.
- You administer our modern development environments, working with Git, TeamCity, and Kubernetes (OpenShift).
- You define and communicate coding guidelines to keep our team up to date.
- You serve as the central point of contact for technical questions and support your colleagues with your expertise.
- You actively contribute to building knowledge within the team and promote the exchange of ideas and specialist know-how.
Profile:
- You have successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist in application development or hold a degree in an IT-related field.
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in agile software development with a strong track record.
- You are highly proficient in Java Spring and excel with your technical skills in this area.
- You have experience working with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), particularly with tools such as TeamCity and OpenShift.
- You are thoroughly familiar with processes, methods, and standards in software development environments and apply this knowledge confidently.
- You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, including communication and presentation abilities, and know how to share knowledge effectively and motivate teams.
- You have business-fluent German (minimum C1 level for non-native speakers).
