Für den Standort Immenstaad am Bodensee suchen wir: # LINE MANAGER CYBER SECURITY CONSULTING GRC GE (D/F/M) Your tasks: - Disciplinary and professional leadership (including conducting development discussions, setting and evaluating goals, personnel resource planning, contribution to budget planning, and other disciplinary tasks), coaching, and further development of the Cyber Security Consulting team in Germany with a focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). - Responsible for recruiting new talent, developing individual career paths, managing skills development within the team, and promoting continuous training. - Reporting directly to the Head of the Cybersecurity Consulting Line Office Germany. - Participation and consulting in client projects, which may be related to GRC or other services from our portfolio. - Support for activities in the areas of pre-sales, sales, and marketing. - Participation in the creation and quality assurance of proposals within our department. Your qualifications: - Degree in Engineering, Computer Science / Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a comparable qualification and/or several years of professional experience in a similar position. - Strong understanding of corporate security. - Ideally, in-depth knowledge in the area of Information Security and Risk Management with a focus on Cyber Security. - Experience in leading Information Security and Risk Management consultants as well as working in international teams. - Ability to successfully combine team leadership and project work. - Structured and well-organized working style with a strong sense of responsibility. - Excellent communication skills and a high level of conflict resolution ability. - Fluent in German and English for business communication. - Willingness to travel occasionally.
