Für den Standort Hamburg suchen wir: # LINE MANAGER CYBER SECURITY PROJECT MANAGEMENT 3 (D/F/M) Your tasks: - Disciplinary leadership (including conducting development discussions, setting objectives, personnel resource planning, and other disciplinary tasks), coaching and further development of the Cyber Security Consulting Team in Germany with a focus on project management - Responsible for recruiting new talents, developing individual career paths, managing skills development within the team, and promoting continuous learning - Reporting directly to the Head of the Cybersecurity Delivery Center - Participation in cyber security customer projects, either as project manager and/or as customer service manager - Assumption of functional and/or project-related tasks within projects - Preparation of documentation and presentation of work results - Support for activities in pre-sales, sales, and marketing - Contribution to the preparation and quality assurance of proposals in the department Your qualifications: - Successfully completed degree in engineering, computer science/information technology, cybersecurity or comparable fields of study, along with particularly extensive subject-specific knowledge and experience.
