Operations Cloud Engineer

Your Challenges • Continuous system availability – You ensure the smooth operation of our cloud-based systems and take ownership of stability, performance, and scalability. You proactively identify risks and initiate appropriate countermeasures. • Support & Incident Management – You are the first point of contact for technical issues and requests (first level support) and handle more complex cases at the second level support tier as well. Your goal: fast, sustainable solutions and satisfied internal stakeholders. • Configuration – You work hands-on in our Azure environment, manage configurations, optimize deployments, and ensure our gateways, imports, and applications run reliably. You serve as the central interface between operations and development. • Automation – Using your Python skills, you automate recurring workflows, develop tools and scripts to make processes more efficient, and actively help reduce the load on the dev team. • Further development & structural build-out – You establish sustainable structures in cloud operations, evolve processes, and support the team in scaling our platform. You always think one step ahead to continuously improve our system landscape. What You Bring • Experience in DevOps or cloud operations, ideally with Azure • Proficiency in Python and experience with automated processes • Technical understanding of gateway, import, and application processes • A structured, solution-oriented way of working with high quality standards • Enjoyment in getting things to work — and then making them even better • Strong communication skills, a sense of ownership, and a team-oriented mindset • Nice to have: A background as a software developer to better understand and optimize system operations What We Offer We are an established product company with the spirit of a startup.
