Job description

## What to expect from us - You'll work in a team of experienced system administrators and cloud engineers. - Together you design, implement, and operate modern IT platforms for our customers on the Adacor Private Cloud Platform as well as Microsoft Azure. Depending on the client, various cloud and web technologies are used. - DevOps is at our core — Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD form the foundation of our Infrastructure-as-Code approach. - We work on large, complex, and critical customer infrastructures and take on 365/24/7 responsibility, including on-call duties. - You get to work on the technology platforms of major companies in Germany — from within a tech company with short decision-making paths and plenty of opportunities to make an impact. - You have the opportunity and enthusiasm to keep growing technologically, for example in the direction of Kubernetes or Microsoft Azure. - We apply agile and modern working practices in whatever way suits the teams best. Working with sprints, Kanban, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups is a natural part of how we operate. - Exchange, development, and team spirit are essential in critical infrastructure. That's why we come into the office 3 days a week, with 2 days available for remote work. ## Your benefits Free drinks and fruit? You already know that one. We have much more to offer: - Windows, macOS, or Linux? Your choice. - 2 remote work days per week - Permanent employment contract - 30 days of vacation - Flexible working hours - Dedicated mentor - Personalized onboarding - Work-life balance support - Parent-child office - Corporate benefits program - Personal trainer - Gym - Games room with foosball, pinball, and more ## You're a great fit if - You have professional experience as a system administrator, cloud engineer, or DevOps engineer. - You're excited about the possibilities of the cloud and eager to grow further into Kubernetes and public cloud technologies. - You have already implemented and maintained productive virtualized IT environments. - You have a passion for automation and bring hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform, Git, Jenkins, or Ansible). - You approach incidents and problems with diligence and structure. - You speak German at a business-proficient level, written and spoken (minimum B1). - Experience and certifications in Kubernetes, AWS, or Azure are a welcome bonus.
