We are currently supporting a mid-sized client based in Kiel in their search for a Software Developer (m/f/d) for a permanent position with compensation based on the IG Metall collective agreement. - You develop software solutions and robust system architectures in close collaboration with various stakeholders. - From requirements analysis through design and implementation to testing and quality assurance, you support the entire development process together with your team. - Creating and maintaining technical documentation such as specifications, test concepts, and system descriptions is also part of your responsibilities. - You plan and carry out the integration of individual software modules into existing system environments. - You support project managers in evaluating technical requirements, estimating effort, and planning implementation. - You actively contribute to strategic and organizational tasks, such as advancing solutions, improving ways of working, or optimizing existing systems. - You have completed a degree in a technical or scientific field and have accumulated several years of professional experience in software development. - You are confident in C++ or PLC programming and routinely develop even demanding applications. - Ideally, you combine knowledge from the traditional controls world with solid experience in object-oriented development. - If you have already designed complex system landscapes, that fits the requirements perfectly. - You analyze problems systematically, recognize connections quickly, and approach tasks with a strong focus on quality. - You are also interested in getting up to speed in a technologically specialized environment and taking responsibility for individual software modules within larger systems.
