Fullstack Software Engineer (m/f/d)
Do you want to take on responsibility, help shape processes, and be part of a modern company in the healthcare sector?
- You will develop platforms with us for the digitalization of healthcare
- You will design modern, scalable web applications for complex workflows using the latest technologies within a small team
- You will work closely with domain experts and translate real-world requirements into smart, user-centered software solutions
- You will contribute your ideas to make complex processes more efficient and transparent using AI, automation, and intelligent rule engines
- You will develop, together with a small, high-performing team, a product with real value for physicians, patients, and the healthcare system
**Requirements**
- Experience in software development (at least 3 years), ideally in enterprise software
- A degree in computer science, training as an IT specialist (application development), or a comparable qualification forms your foundation — but what matters more to us is what you can do in practice
- You confidently develop REST APIs (e.g. with ASP.NET Core or comparable technologies)
- You are at home in modern web development (e.g. Angular, React, or similar frameworks)
- You have experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MS SQL Server
- Git and clean version control are part of your daily routine
- Ideally you have already worked with Docker and/or Kubernetes
- You build quality in from the start and have experience with automated testing and sensible test strategies
- Some exposure to cloud platforms (e.g. Microsoft Azure)
- Experience in healthcare or with regulated systems is a plus
**Personal skills**
- Strong process understanding and the ability to quickly grasp complex workflows
- You work independently, in a structured and pragmatic way — and you like to actually get things done
- You have high standards for quality without losing sight of speed and pragmatism
- Team spirit and strong communication skills in an interdisciplinary environment
- Language skills: German (at least C1)
