To strengthen our Application Development division, we are looking for a candidate to join the Competence Center for Cross-System Development 2 at the earliest possible date, at pay grade 11 EntgO-DRV: **UI/UX Designer and Accessibility Expert (f/m/d)** As a UI/UX Designer and Accessibility Expert (f/m/d), you will support us in tasks including: - Analyzing client requests and requirements with a particular focus on usability and accessibility - Guiding clients in articulating their requirements regarding the design of workflows and processes - Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes - Advising on the development of user-appropriate and ergonomic interfaces in accordance with architectural guidelines, the UX/UI design concept, and statutory accessibility requirements - Designing and reviewing the internal frontend structure of IT products (IT applications) in accordance with architectural guidelines - Conducting software audits for compliance with current statutory accessibility regulations - Preparing audit reports for software products - Providing recommendations for corrective measures to ensure compliance You hold a completed bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, or a comparable relevant qualification at Level 6 of the German Qualifications Framework. You also have relevant professional experience of at least 3 years in software development and at least 2 years in UI/UX design.
