Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Sie als DevOps-Engineer für den Standort Berlin. **Ihr Aufgabenbereich** * Erfassung und Analyse von Metriken, Betriebssystemen und Anwendungen zur Unterstützung bei der Leistungsoptimierung und Fehlersuche * Verbesserung unserer Services durch konsequente Test- und Freigabeverfahren innerhalb eines crossfunktionalen Teams * Entwicklung von nachhaltigen Systemen und Diensten durch Automatisierungen und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen * Schaffung des Gleichgewichts zwischen der Feature Entwicklung und der Zuverlässigkeit mit klar definierten Service-Level-Objectives * Dokumentation von Best-Practice-Ansätzen und Unterstützung beim abteilungsübergreifenden Wissensaustausch **Ihr Profil** * Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit dem Schwerpunkt Informatik sowie einschlägige Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld * Fundierte Erfahrung in der Linux / RHEL-Administration (Systemperformance, Netzwerk, Fehleranalyse) * Praktische Erfahrung mit OpenShift und mit CI/CD-Pipelines * Tiefes Verständnis von Kubernetes-Grundlagen und Containerisierung (Pods, Services, Ingress, Scheduling) * Erfahrung im Incident Management, in der Rufbereitschaft sowie in der Durchführung von Postmortems (z. B. über OpsGenie) * Verständnis für Sicherheitskonzepte, Secrets Management (z. B. Vault) und Zugriffskontrolle (RBAC) * Analytische, serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an der Arbeit in agilen Teams
