**Cloud Engineer (m/f/d) Azure**

**What will your responsibilities be?**
- You will own the setup, operation, and further development of the Microsoft Azure cloud platform, ensuring stability, security, and scalability
- You will design and operate the Azure cloud infrastructure — from networking to core platform services such as AKS, Storage, and Key Vault
- You will consistently enforce security standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
- You will develop and operate transparent platform monitoring to enable early detection of issues
- You will automate cloud infrastructure and platform processes using Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Bicep) to reduce manual effort
- You will analyze incidents at the infrastructure and platform level, conduct root cause analyses, and implement lasting solutions
- You will define and establish standards for our cloud environments and ensure a consistent structure
**What do you bring?**
- Completed technical degree, e.g., in computer science or business informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Solid experience building and operating Microsoft Azure cloud environments, particularly in cloud networking, IAM/RBAC, and infrastructure
- Strong proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform or Bicep) and automation
- Good understanding of cloud security and hands-on experience implementing security measures at the platform level
- Experience operating and monitoring cloud infrastructure, e.g., with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, or Prometheus
- Ideally, experience with Kubernetes at the platform level, particularly in cluster operations
- Basic knowledge of Linux and scripting (e.g., Bash) is a plus
- Strong communication skills in both German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2)
