Innovative technologies and our diverse system landscape offer opportunities for professional and personal development. **Job Description** - You bring proven experience developing innovative, stable cloud-native applications. - Working closely with the Product Owner, you drive the product vision for a modern CRM solution that puts the customer first. - Together with the team, you take responsibility for technical design and implementation in accordance with established guidelines. - You operationalize architectural decisions and advise IT management. - In a modern DevSecOps environment, you promote and apply agile working methods within cross-functional teams. - As Lead Developer (m/f/d), you establish processes for measuring software quality and act as a multiplier and coach. **Qualifications** - Completed degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification. - Several years of experience in software development, particularly in developing and operating cloud applications. - Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and Docker. - Experienced with tools for test automation, CI/CD, and IT security. - Knowledge of Azure, Apache, Camunda, NiFi, and Salesforce is desirable. - Excellent written and spoken German communication skills, with the ability to convey complex topics clearly. **Additional Information** **Remote Work:** Flexible working hours, with the option to work from home or the office.
